We travel to Denver to drop Silas off for a school field trip. So we had to get creative with my diet and it turned out amazing!!! The third week is complete! This week we are focusing on the Asia Region. This is the largest region and we are excited to dive in.
We are two-thirds through the May challenge and I am still excited about what we are doing! We missed our orphan focus this week so I needed to fix that by eating just rice, beans and insects! An emergency order of mealworms arrive for my travels this weekend and my Chloe joins me for a moment.
