We travel to Denver to drop Silas off for a school field trip. So we had to get creative with my diet and it turned out amazing!!! The third week is complete! This week we are focusing on the Asia Region. This is the largest region and we are excited to dive in.
I finally got to eat crunchy Mealworms!
We are two-thirds through the May challenge and I am still excited about what we are doing! We missed our orphan focus this week so I needed to fix that by eating just rice, beans and insects! An emergency order of mealworms arrive for my travels this weekend and my Chloe joins me for a moment.

Today I talk about Tajikistan and how the FIG could help end hunger and poverty there. I tried to get Jack to help me with a video, he had no interest in helping. I ate cricket powder infused Naan at all three meals along with insect topped meals for lunch and dinner.
